I was born in Paddington and grew up in Notting Hill Gate. I went to the London Collage of Fashion to study fashion design then went on to work in the luxury retail sector for many years.

I worked at Selfridges for Ralph Lauren, Mappin & Webb, and Montblanc before becoming a mother and opening Beaton House Childminding where I have been an Ofsted registered outstanding Childminder setting since 2015.

In my capacity as a childminder, I have looked after over thirty children and helped their families navigate the world of a child. From sleep training, cots, highchairs chairs, supporting breast feeding, weaning, introducing a sibling, pushchairs, and much more.

I have had parents sign up with me the moment they found out they are expecting, and parents who come to me when they are looking to start childcare.

I have always had the feedback that they wish they had some of my tips, tricks, and recommendations earlier. That my knowledge and support would have been so valuable in their journey to help them navigate what can be a very overwhelming time.
